also, there is an election to declare your village leader.

only members of akatsuki can vote
only 1 vote per person
you may change your vote at any time, but your old vote cancels

also, i will speak up in a while to declare the leader of the akatsuki

Rules: War/alliances

the akatsuki will be in holiday modus, meaning the following:

other villages/clans cannot declare war, peace, truce, pact nor an alliance with a village/clan
members of the akatsuki will have to select a leader before any form of agreement is established
members of the akatsuki cannot accept people into the akatsuki (i will have to do that myself)
