well, I really think we should have an NPC creater, for starting off villages, not 2 strong maybe a lvl 5 genin, and like 5 for admins, and 1 for members

well, its kinda like a gurad for your village, you can give them things,but only the basic's like for mine I would proably give my a spear, and no jutsu, but others could give them like a weaker jutsu, and if there was a ever a war then they could help them fight, giving them like 50 hp and then 1 place of attack and defance, like 25 weapon attack 25 weapon defance
