Suggestion:
I think there should be a bingo book what other nin can put names in, and any nin can accept a contract to kill the person in the bingo book.
they should be just like normal missions like the ranks...d,c,b,a,s
etc etc..
How can we (the staff) make it really good: just make it lol
If it's something needs improving, what can we change?: not made lol
